• Dont miss your bus!
Are you waiting for the bus while on the phone playing games or social networking? Just enter your bus stop and route number, press start, then you can get back to your favorite app. We will Buz you when your bus is coming!

• More than just an alarm
Buz uses real-time data from Auckland Transport and GPS to track your bus, alerting you the moment it is due to arrive. It is more than an alarm app based on static bus timetables.

• Easy to use
Buz is designed to be used on-the-go. There are no complicated lists or maps to fiddle with. Just enter your bus stop and route, then press start!

Common issues

• App not updating or not receiving notifications
You must allow Buz to send you notifications and "always" access to your location. You can change this in the iOS Settings app.

• Some routes are not numbers
For routes like "AIR", "OUT", or express with "X" suffix, you can switch to the full keyboard that allows you to enter English alphabets. To do so, just press "123" on the bottom-right corner of the box while typing.

• Unable to connect to server
Auckland Transport servers are sometimes unreliable due to heavy load or other issues. This may happen frequently during certain times of the day. Just try again.

• Stop or route not found
First, check that you have entered both the stop and route correctly. Second, if the bus is not due anytime soon, then you could also receive this message.

• Real-time data not available
Usually this means the bus is too far away, or has not started running yet. Sometimes during off hours, it could mean the bus is not being monitored by Auckland Transport.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Buz will only use GPS while in tracking mode and will automatically switch off when your bus arrives.
